Boost Your Energy

To do a great game we all need energy. Energy is important. If you’ve got high energy, you can do better pick up. Energy is 90 percent of success. It really makes a difference. Women love to be around energetic men. If you are an energetic person, the hot women will come to you.

Energy means drive, power that comes from within. Many of our thoughts depend on our energy levels. High energy leads to positive thoughts. On the other hand, if we have low energy, the doors are open for all kinds of negativity. Thoughts can sabotage us or they can make us go forward until we get the things we want.

Especially when you are going to initiate contact with a woman or moving to a situation you are not used to or if there is an uncertainty you are facing, your first thought should be: ‘Hey, this is something I like to do’.

Learn the tools how to keep your energy levels high. Some of these tools are:

1. Sleep
Sleep is crucial. Make sure you get enough sleep.
2. Get Vitamin C
Eating fruits provide you with Vitamin C and many other important nutrients that help you keep yourself healthy and energetic.
3. Get Vitamin D
Vitamin D is one important factor for testosterone production. To be energetic you need to keep your testosterone levels high. You do that by exposing yourself to sunlight. Sunlight provides you with Vitamin D. Remember: low testosterone means low energy, low energy means a mediocre life. You don’t want to live a mediocre life, do you? You want a great life and live your full-potential self. To live a great life we have to make the changes that we want. So get some sunlight on your skin and your life will become amazing.

A Small Guide To Going Out Solo

There’s a lot of people they go out by themselves in order to meet people in a club or a bar. So if you’re going out alone you’re not the only one out there.

If you don’t have a social circle and you’re on your own, you need to become a master of small talk. Talk to the bartenders, talk to staff, talk to everybody around.

People who are serving you in a bar or a club deserve to be treated with respect. Don’t become an idiot or an asshole because you are paying them to serve you. Start thinking of them as your friends.

If you’re on your own you have to develop and improve your communication skills. That’s very important. You do that through practice.

But let me also talk about the don’ts: Don’t sit in a bar or a club staring into nothingness. This is exactly what some guys do. They go into a club, buy a drink and then they just sit there staring at their drink. That’s a no-no.

Not only you’re going to feel more lonely if you do that. People around you will see that you’re isolated and not being social. It doesn’t help if you stare at your phone pretending sending text messages to people. This is ridiculous.

There is no way around: If you want to meet people you need to interact with them. Interaction means communication. As I said, improve your communication skills by talking not by sitting around and doing nothing.

The Power of Having Nothing to Lose

There’s a lot of power in life to having nothing to lose. It’s not until you’ve lost everything that you’re free to do anything.

As long as you’re trying to have something in reserve, as long as you’re trying to have a fallback plan, as long as you’re trying to maintain then you’re not going to be as strong.

I’m not saying you should throw away everything in your life and take crazy risks. I’m not saying that at all. What I am saying though is we must know, not fear but be aware of, that someday we will die. We will.

We will die. In the end, it’s all going to come to a big pile of nothing.

We’re not going to live forever (nor will our legacy), so we may as well have some fun.  So enjoy your life. Make amazing things happen.
