Sleep deprivation can have a negative impact on men’s testosterone levels. The more sleep you get, the better your body can produce testosterone.

2. Don’t Go Low Fat

Stop following these fat-free diets and add in a lot of healthy fat in your diet. Fat is vital for testosterone production. Most men with low testosterone are consuming too much junk food, too many carbohydrates. You’ve got to get rid of that stuff and load up on healthy fat. Cut down your carbs and eat more fat.

Dietary fat isn’t all bad, unlike what we have been conventionally told. A diet containing ample amounts of saturated and mono unsaturated fats can increase testosterone levels.
